At ZAK, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know:

 • Germany & EU:       2–5 business days

 • International:        5–10 business days

 • Germany:               free shipping from 150€, otherwise 4,90€ flat rate

 • EU countries:        9,90€ flat rate

 • International:        calculated at checkout based on destination

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We work with trusted shipping partners like DHL, UPS, and local couriers to make sure your ZAK pieces arrive safely.

For international orders outside the EU, local customs charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
