Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ZAK. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can of course return it.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to send your products back to us. Please make sure that all items are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Only then can we accept your return.

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount using the original payment method. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the delivered item was faulty or incorrect.
A direct exchange is currently not possible. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. Please note again that we cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or damaged items, products without original labels, as well as gift cards or promotional items.
